We are a friendly and inclusive infant school at the heart of the local community. We are a warm welcoming community school and our children and families are at the heart of our school, which is seen in our nurturing environment.

Our enthusiastic, caring and committed staff deliver a creative curriculum through a wide range of rich practical and creative experiences that motivate children and develop a passion with them for life. Helping them to learn and equip them with the skills they need for the future. We aim to provide our children with the skills and enthusiasm they will need to become lifelong learners.

To ensure our children achieve excellence for all, we are proud to be a part of the Birchwood Federation alongside Birchwood Junior School and The Lancaster School which we joined in January 2019. Working together allows support, development opportunities and expertise that benefits the continuous development of our school and will further support on-going changes, ensuring we continue to succeed and thrive.
