Nursery is a wonderful place to be. It is the perfect opportunity for children to form relationships and learn together through exciting experiences. We celebrate every child for their uniqueness and encourage this. We ensure that all children feel safe, secure and happy, enabling them to grow as individuals.

The children are aware of the routines and respond to these positively. We have group time and snacks daily, this is an opportunity for all of the children to come together. They are excited to learn and proud to share their achievements. Every Friday we take part in whole school Celebration Assembly where one of the children is awarded a certificate.

We provide a stimulating environment that inspires children to learn. We have a great time exploring the small world resources, for example the dinosaurs! We have a large home corner where we prepare delicious meals and eat with our friends. The water tray and sand are always accessible, we enjoy messy play! Creativity is encouraged through mark making, box modelling and painting which is very popular! We enjoy learning new songs and can often be heard playing the musical instruments. Outside we can build, climb, ride bikes and develop our ball skills. We are always having lots of fun!

Phonics is introduced in Nursery. The children are excited to learn new sounds and rhymes. They enjoy mark making and developing their letter formation. We ensure that the needs of every child is met, enabling them to reach their full potential.

We have lots of friends in Nursery and look forward to making some more, we would love to meet you!
